Sheet Squeeze is designed solely to secure flat sheets on non-electric massage or treatment tables.

Sheet Squeeze is not intended for:

  • Use with electric, hydraulic, or adjustable tables

  • Load-bearing or restraint purposes

  • Securing objects, cargo, or equipment

  • Any use other than sheet retention

Use of the product outside its intended purpose constitutes misuse.

3. Warning & Assumption of Risk

Sheet Squeeze contains elastic components under tension.

By purchasing or using the product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Elastic under tension may snap or recoil

  • Improper handling may result in injury or damage

  • You assume all risks associated with use, installation, removal, and storage

You agree to use the product with reasonable care and in accordance with all provided instructions and warnings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheet Squeeze products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability

We do not warrant that the product will meet your specific needs or expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheet Squeeze shall not be liable for any:

In no event shall Sheet Squeeze’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

8. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within the United States only.

  • Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

9. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
